Pilates at
the J

Join instructor Arielle Farber to move your body in this beginner/moderate Pilates class. Bring your water-bottle and mat.  Minimum 8 participants required to run the class, please register in advance. 

Dates: Mondays at 11:30 am Jan 6-Feb 10

Wednesdays at 1 pm Jan 8-Feb 26 (no classes on Jan 15 and 22)

Cost: $120+HST for 6 sessions, $25+HST for single classes

Zumba with Sarah

Dates: Tuesdays 10:00AM - February 18, 25 & March 4, 11, 18, 25

Get ready to move to the rhythm of Latin beats—Zumba is back at the J! Join Sarah, a certified Zumba instructor since 2020, for high-energy, fast-paced classes that will leave you sweating, smiling, and feeling amazing. No dance experience? No problem! All you need is a willingness to shake it and have fun. Let’s dance!
