the J

Join instructor Arielle Farber to move your body in this beginner/moderate Pilates class. Bring your water-bottle and mat.  Minimum 6 participants required to run the class, please register in advance. 

Cost $250 +tax for bundle

Zumba with Sarah

Thursdays| 7:30-8:15pm

Get ready to move to the rhythm of Latin beats—Zumba is back at the J! Join Sarah, a certified Zumba instructor since 2020, for high-energy, fast-paced classes that will leave you sweating, smiling, and feeling amazing. No dance experience? No problem! All you need is a willingness to shake it and have fun. Let’s dance! 

Cost $25 +tax per class.
